Welcome to The Yoga Studio, a special haven to restore, nurture and energize the body.
What is Yoga? The original meaning of yoga is to unite, to join, and to
reconnect. The aim of all Yoga practices is the return to our True Nature through the union of body and mind.
Is Yoga for you? Yoga offers people of all ages the opportunity to slow down the fast pace
and stress of daily life. As we learn to consciously reconnect with our body
and our breath, we develop the capacity to relax and to just be in the moment. Through this
reconnection with ourselves, we can begin to feel a sense of well-being and have a greater ability to cope with the realities of life.
