Class Descriptions & Schedules

Beginner (gentle) - This class is for the new student and focuses on learning basic postures with awareness on alignment, breath and deep relaxation.
Advanced Beginner (moderate) - This class blends the elements of the beginner class with a progression into moderately advanced standing and sitting poses and backbends. We will develop a deeper awareness of synchronization of breath with movement and pranayama.
Intermediate (vigorous) - Balancing breath with energy, will with surrender, and strength and flexibility, this class encourages mindfulness and sensitivity to self. The variety of asanas is more flowing, the postures are held longer, and meditation, pranamaya and conscious relaxation are included.
Multi-Level - For students of various levels - modifications and learning to work at your own pace are encouraged.
