This class encourages mindfulness and sensitivity to self. The variety of asanas is more flowing, the postures are held longer. Meditation and relaxation (a guided awareness) are included. Advanced Beginner (moderate)Wednesday 5:30-7pm
This class blends the elements of a beginning class while progressing into moderately advanced standing and sitting poses and backbends.
